During your tailored one hour yoga program, you will be taken on a journey to unite your whole being. Incorporating movement (asana), relaxation, pranayama (breath) and meditation sprinkled with some light yoga philosophy and an explanation of the ’why’ and ‘how’.

I Have Wanted to Try Yoga, But I Am Not Flexible Enough. Are Your Classes Really Challenging? 
You do not need to worry about how flexible you are. Through movement of the body and connection to the breath, mind and spirit a positive change will naturally occur. Your teacher will adapt your program to ensure you are well supported during your practice.

How Will I Benefit From Yoga One on One?
Yoga One on One is designed to fit your needs. It is not Yoga Therapy. Yoga One on One is just like a general public yoga class with you as the only student. This is a perfect for students who need that little bit of extra support to develop the confidence to attend a public class. Many people who practice Yoga report experiencing a greater sense of wellbeing, reduced stress and a stronger body. 

What Should I Wear And Do I Need Any Equipment?
The best clothing to wear is anything you are comfortable to move in without distraction. Nothing too loose, but something which will stretch with you. We provide the equipment needed, but you are most welcome to bring your own mat if you would like to. 

Should I Eat Before My Yoga Practice?
Please do not eat at least 2-3 hours before your practice.
